Course Overview:

Welcome to your first course on the Red Bird Tutoring Hub!

This course introduces you to the core principles of the Red Bird ethos. It also gives you some practical help on being self-employed, accessing our systems and how to manage communications. There’s a section on how we support our tutors and an introduction to using coaching techniques with learners.

This course (and the quizzes) should take you around an hour to complete, so we’ll pay you £24 (our regular hourly rate) to complete it. Simply add it as an ‘Other Event’ in Teachworks and it’ll appear on your next end of month invoice.
